Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FLAME dating app. By creating an account or using FLAME you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use FLAME

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a binding contract, and not prohibited from using the service under applicable law. One account per person; your account is for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information — impersonation and fake profiles are not allowed.

3. Community rules

• Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, threats and abuse are prohibited.
• No nudity, sexually explicit content, violence or illegal content.
• No spam, scams, solicitation, advertising or commercial activity.
• No minors — ever. Accounts of users under 18 are removed immediately.
• Don't use other members' personal information outside the app without consent.

You can report or block anyone from their profile or a chat. We may warn, suspend or permanently remove accounts that break these rules.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, audio and text you post. By posting, you grant FLAME a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content within the service so the app can function (for example, showing your profile to other users). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

5. Subscriptions & purchases

FLAME Premium is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's store settings. Store refund policies apply to purchases made through the stores.

6. Safety disclaimer

FLAME does not conduct criminal background checks on members. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users — use good judgment, meet in public places, and never send money to someone you haven't met. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLAME is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for the conduct of any user on or off the service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account anytime in Profile → Safety Center → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FLAME after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
